- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible place. I had an emergency and called their emergency number numerous times and left messages like it told me to and never got a response. They claim to respond within 15 minutes. These people do not care about their customers or the patients. They are also by far the most expensive place around this area and they don't do anything as well as other local providers do and they don't even offer any services that others offer to justify their insane prices. $75 dollars for a shot here and only $15 at All Creatures Veterinary office in New Plymouth. This place is terrible and will never see my pets again.November 21, 2017by sargemil1
